We are expanding into the logistics space

Our wholly-owned subsidiary, United Supply Chain Pte Ltd, set up with the aim of diversifying into the logistics space, formed a Singapore-based joint venture company – Latitude United Shipping Pte Ltd – which owns a 49%-stake in Indonesia-based maritime transport service provider, PT Latitude Inti Mitra Abadi (“PT LIMA”).

PT LIMA owns tugboats, barges and container carrier vessel, and operates maritime transportation activities in Indonesia and the rest of South-east Asia.

Through Latitude United Shipping, United Global gains access to the maritime transport sector which is part of the Group’s plans to diversify its revenue streams, expand into other sustainable, long-term businesses, and reap new growth opportunities in other industries.
